Globtier Infotech has priced its initial public offering at ₹72 per share, with the ₹31.02 crore issue set to open for subscription on August 25. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 38.11 lakh equity shares, including a market Maker portion of 2.24 lakh shares, alongside an offer for sale of 5 lakh equity shares.

Proceeds will fund working capital, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. The company reported FY25 revenue of ₹94.81 crore and net profit of ₹5.50 crore, with EBITDA at ₹11.77 crore. Shannon Advisors Pvt Ltd is the sole book running lead manager.

Shares will list on the BSE SME platform after the subscription window closes on August 28.
